3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on jettbuzz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering on jettbuzz, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms. JettBuzz may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

If your contact details change, please update your account profile or contact jettbuzz support. JettBuzz cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jettbuzz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. JettBuzz will never contact you to ask for your password — if you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to jettbuzz support immediately.

Any activity carried out on the jettbuzz platform using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact jettbuzz support immediately and change your password. 5. Deposits & Payments

JettBuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions on jettbuzz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your jettbuzz account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount on jettbuzz is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jettbuzz reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and jettbuzz may request supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted on jettbuzz.
• JettBuzz does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Failed deposits should be reported to jettbuzz support with transaction reference details for investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jettbuzz account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount on jettbuzz is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Before processing any withdrawal, jettbuzz may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment account ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. JettBuzz will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via the registered contact details on file.
